 Q1 Hand-held camera: the alley way scene is hand held camera. The director done this to show he is being chased  and it adds edginess  towards the chase scene. Pan: pan is used inn the alley way chase scene. The director chose this  because   this show some realism and as if you are in first-person watching them run past. Crane: the crane is used to show high angles and is shown when The precrime division are flying down in the alley way this is because the director wanted to show fear of being track down by authority Q2 Pacing:  the slow pace at the beginning of the clip is used to build tension  and is meant  to show the  precrime division slowly catching up to tom cruise  when they locate him the pace is suddenly changed to quick this usually done in action scenes this is done to show the stakes are high. dissolve: this is when a shot melts into  another this is done at  the end of a film.     Q3 Close up: this  when you can only see a characters face done to show  expression. extr

 Q1.   close up shots: close up shots are shot that show the entire face of a character this done to show  emotion of  a character or the facial expression in great detail. medium shot: this shows the upper torso this is done to show the gesture of character and done to make us  realise that what's happening. Close up: this is a shot of something extremely close this is because  the item they are zooming in on may be pf extreme important of the plot of the clip. Q2 There is a big angle used this to show how big the radio signal coming off the earth and beeign transmited to the world. Q3  The setting in this scene   shows us how everyone and the technology used.

Lighting: denotation: in the first opening scene  the lighting us dark this is because in the laboratory  the lights are off. connotation: The lights off in the lab could mean that there has been an experiment that has gone wrong and the flickering lights  help add to this Analysis: the writer wants to make the audience fell a sense of  mystery with the flickering lights adding to that making them feel like a experiment has gone wrong.
